Who we are
Love Lately is the photography business of Reagan, based in the Phoenix area of Arizona. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Love Lately. Questions about your information go to hello@lovelately.co.
What we collect
- When you book: your name, email address, the session you choose, your date and time, and anything you write in the notes.
- When you contact us: your name, email address, topic and message.
- When you pay a deposit or balance: payment is handled by our payment provider. We see that a payment was made, but we never receive or store your full card number.
- During your session: the photographs themselves, and any details you share to plan the shoot, such as locations, names of people attending, and wardrobe.
- When you browse: standard technical information your browser sends, such as pages viewed and device type, collected by our website host. If analytics are added, name the tool here.
How we use it
- To schedule, plan and deliver your session, and to send confirmations, prep guides and your gallery.
- To answer your questions and send quotes.
- To take payment and keep records the law requires.
- To keep the website working and secure.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Your photographs
Personal session galleries are delivered privately, through a link shared only with you. Before any image from your session appears on this website, on social media or in marketing, we ask for your permission. Confirm this is the portfolio-use policy, and keep it consistent with the Terms.
Who we share it with
Only the services needed to run the business, and only for that purpose: our website host, email provider, booking and scheduling tool, payment provider, and online gallery service. List each provider by name once chosen. We may also share information if the law requires it.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our booking, payment or gallery providers may set their own cookies when you use their pages, under their own policies.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and payment records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Inquiries that don't become a booking are deleted after 12 months. Delivered galleries stay online for the period stated in your booking; please download your images within that time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop using an image of you, by emailing hello@lovelately.co. We will respond within 30 days.
Children
This site is meant for adults. Family sessions are booked by a parent or guardian, who decides how images of their children are used.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
