Booking terms

These terms apply when you book a session with Love Lately (Reagan). Commercial projects may also have a written agreement or brief; if anything differs, that agreement wins.

1. Booking and deposit

Each booking request includes a deposit, shown before you pay and paid securely through Stripe. Reagan confirms the date by email. If she can't take the date, the deposit is refunded in full. Once confirmed, your date is reserved and the deposit is credited toward your total. The remaining balance is due before your gallery is delivered.

2. Rescheduling

You can move your session once at no cost with at least 7 days notice, to a date within 6 months. Later changes may need a new deposit.

3. Weather and heat

Sessions are outdoors or on location, so weather matters. If wind, rain, dust or extreme heat would spoil the photos or make the session unsafe, we will agree on a new date together at no cost. Summer sessions are scheduled near sunrise.

4. Cancellation

If you cancel, the deposit is non-refundable, because the date was held for you. If Love Lately has to cancel for illness or an emergency, you can reschedule or receive a full refund of everything paid.

5. Locations

Sessions take place at public locations or at your home or business. Some parks and preserves have rules or permit requirements for professional photography; Reagan will plan around them, and any permit fees are included / added to your invoice. For sessions at your business, you are responsible for permission to shoot there.

6. Delivery

Personal sessions are delivered in a private online gallery within two weeks. Commercial timelines are set in the brief. Galleries stay online for [period]; please download your images within that time.

7. Using your images

• Personal sessions: you may print, share and post your images for personal use, with credit appreciated. Commercial use, such as advertising or resale, needs a separate license.
• Commercial sessions: usage (where, how long, which channels) is defined in your quote or brief.
• Reagan keeps the copyright to all images. Love Lately may show images in its portfolio and on social media unless you opt out in writing.
• Please don't apply filters or heavy edits to delivered images and then credit Love Lately.

8. Models and releases

For apparel and model sessions, Love Lately can cast and book models. Model fees and usage terms are listed in your quote, and signed model releases are collected for every shoot.

9. Liability

In the rare case that images are lost or cannot be delivered because of equipment failure or circumstances outside our control, Love Lately's responsibility is limited to a full refund of the amount paid or a free reshoot.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
